A large member of our community have been participating in our 21 Day challenge since last Monday. During this time, they have embraced more movement, new postural stretches, barefootedness and Dynamic Desk Spaces.
Today's tip is all about increased hip mobility.
Hip mobility is so essential for whole body function, walking/running optimally, decreasing pressure on the low back... the list goes on.
