Shoulder pain & Dysfunction

Over time our bodies develop their own way of moving based on the trauma or experiences they have been exposed to. It is by way of survival. These compensations sometimes serve us in the short term, but almost always are a hindrance in the long term.

In this before and after example, taken from our Initial Consultation, we are working with our client to retrain optimal function of the shoulder blade to restore movement and reduce shoulder pain.
